To all our Freelancify users,
Freelancity has been handed over to new management and this process is almost complete.
It has been brought to your notice as you would see a few changes on the website within the next coming weeks.
I am committed to taking this website to the next level in terms of exciting features and also get the right set of workers and job to the site.
During this time, you might have a few minutes of downtime; a lot of effort is being put into the process to make it as seamless as possible.
Thanks for your patience through this period and i would appreciate any feedback.
For: New management of Freelancify
We are very thankful for all of you (our first users) for providing the wonderful feedback you all have given. With that said, we have listened to you all and have made some very big changes that will affect you directly.
1: The bidding is now open. Meaning invites are no longer necessary for a freelancer to bid on a project.
2: We added in Upvoting in the discussions. Also upvote reputations will appear on freelancer’s profile as well.
3: We added in a Private Messaging system. You can now send all users a private direct message to them outside the discussions.
Those are the three biggest changes, over the next week; you will also see some tweaks to the user interface as well. Again thank you all for the great feedback and for giving us a chance for your projects and freelance work at Freelancify.com

A milestone mark for us! We’ve reached 500 users; majority of them being freelancers that signed up and also a handful of buyer accounts.
We’d like to thank everyone that decided to sign up even though you haven’t seen a huge amount of projects posted or a lot of freelancers.
You all have been a great first group of first movers! We thank you for your adventurous, and brave attitudes!
We were able to grab the @Freelancify handle from a squatter! Thanks Twitter! Our previous Twitter name was @FreelancifyCom but today after submitted a company trademark request; we were granted permission to have that new name. They simply transferred all of our information over to the new account.
I guess we’re feeling a bit more official now. =)
